**as seen on IH8MUD.com** This is used to test the EGR Temp Sensor on the 1FZFE OBDI Engine. This plug will insure the engine's computer receives the correct value to prevent a trouble code from being thrown. This can temporarily disable the EGR system, allowing full testing.

**PLEASE NOTE** Some late 1994 1FZFE engines were OBDII. In that case, you should use the 1995-1997 EGR Temp Sensor Test Plug Kit.

Simple and easy install

I was not having issues with a CEL due to the EGR but I went ahead and purchased the kit. Not going to lie I was a little nervous when it came to the ball bearings, worried I was going to drop them. But I used a piece of blue painters tape to hold the ball bearing and made things a breeze. But overall the kit is top notch and a breeze to install.

Worth the money. Use a 14mm crows foot to slip it on the old sensor to remove it. Prevents the nasty build up and recirculation which kill 1fz’s
